In these tough economic times, raising money for even the very best causes is an uphill battle, but WIMSA Foundation President and retired Air Force Brig. Gen. Wilma Vaught  — like her predecessors as Bastogne — says ’Nuts!’ to any talk of surrender:

Instead, the foundation has launched a fundraising campaign to help maintain operations, make up for a two-year shortfall — and continue telling the story of
